داخل یکی از فروم های خارجی، کاربری به نام «Manilyn» تجربه اش رو به اشتراک گذاشته بود که خودم هم استفاده کردم و درست عمل کرد.

Install Content Cinema 4D R19
First you check if you have the following folder:
c: \ Users \ "username" \ AppData \ Roaming \ MAXON \ Cinema 4D R19_BFE04C39 \ updates \ 19024_content \
اگر این پوشه را نداشتید از راه زیر بروید:
Start Maxom => Help => Check for updates. After a few seconds / minutes you get Language Packs, Quickstart Packs and the Content Libaries as an update, just select a "Content Libraries" Pack => Continue, Next Dialog => Continue and after the DL started to cancel, the folder has already been created !

Now copy all content files into this folder, start Maxom => Help => Check for updates
After a few seconds / minutes, you will see Language Packs, Quickstart Packs, and Content Libraries as an update.
Select all Content Libraries (which you have copied to the above folder) and continue.
In the following window de-select all, except for "Automatic application restart during installation".
Go on and already the "Content Libraries" will be installed offline!
After the installation you can delete the "Content Libraries" from the "19024_content" folder, if you still have them in the Download folder for a later installation!
